first_imgThe Week Ahead: Tracking Mortgage Loan Performance This week, CoreLogic will release the Loan Performance Insight Report on Tuesday, April 10. This report monitors U.S. mortgage performance health and tracks mortgage trends by examining all stages of delinquency as well as transition rates from one stage of delinquency to the next.In the most recent report, covering December of 2017, 5.3 percent of home mortgages were in some stage of delinquency. The foreclosure inventory rate was 0.6 percent for this recorded period, down from 0.8 percent a year earlier.
